China: China Resources Enterprise announced board appointment

China Resources Enterprise, Limited announced on November 21 that Mr. Moses Mo-chi Cheng will join the Company as Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr. Moses Cheng, LL.B. (HK), GBS, OBE, JP, aged 55, is Senior Partner of P.C. Woo & Co., a reputable Hong Kong-based solicitors & notaries firm. He is currently Chairman of the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Listing Committees of the HKEx and has served as a member of the Legislative Council from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Cheng is the Hon. President and Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Presently, he holds directorship in a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, including Beijing Capital International Airport Company Limited, China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited, City Telecom (H.K.) Limited, Guangdong Investment Limited, K. Wah Construction Materials Limited, Kader Holdings Company Limited, Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited, Shui On Construction and Materials Limited as well as Tian An China Investments Company Limited (non-exclusive list arranged in ascending alphabet order by name of companies).
